This project was a tenant improvement inside the existing 4,000 SF, single-story building. Work included adding a new mezzanine and a new 885 SF wood-frame, single-story addition which included restrooms, a commercial kitchen, new plumbing for these spaces, new power and lighting systems, and new exterior concrete walks.
