Rognlin’s constructed a new auto showroom, which required excavation for the building footings and slab, new concrete footings and slabs to accommodate a metal building, polished concrete floors, glass overhead doors in the service bay, acoustic ceilings and exposed steel trusses, and enclosed access ways between the existing and new buildings.
