This tenant improvement project of an existing pile-supported structural slab and 5,210 SF, single story building, included restrooms, shower and laundry space; new covered entry; a new wood mezzanine structure and stair; new electrical lighting and power, including service to new walk in freezer/cooler; new exterior concrete walks, ramps and stairs; and removal of existing skylights, framing in existing openings, and replacement of surrounding roofing. The project also required asbestos abatement.
